Oggi vi propongo una torta al cacao preparata con parte di farina di castagne.. alla quale ho unito caffè.. noci e rum..
Il risultato è un dolce soffice e umido al suo interno..
Quella fetta.. è per tutti voi!!!
2 uova
gr. 150 di zucchero di canna
gr. 100 di olio di semi di mais
gr. 100 di farina di farro bio (va bene anche altra farina)
gr. 50 di farina di castagne (va bene anche altra farina)
1/2 bustina di lievito
gr. 60 di cacao amaro
gr. 100 di noci
gr. 120 di caffè
2 cucchiai di rum (o altro liquore a piacere)
zucchero a velo (per guarnire)
Preparazione:
Spezzettate le noci con le mani
Sbattete le uova con lo zucchero con una frusta finché non otterrete un composto più chiaro. Versate l'olio, il rum e il caffè e mescolate bene.
Unite le farine setacciata con il lievito, il cacao e infine le noci; mescolate bene
Versate il composto in uno stampo unto ai lati e foderato alla base con carta forno; infornate in forno già caldo a 180° per circa per circa 25/30 minuti (fate sempre la prova stecchino).
Fate raffreddare completamente prima di togliere dallo stampo.
Servite cospargendo di zucchero a velo a piacere.
